The main objective of this work was to identify how ICT impact on the way we think "territories". What is a "territory" today, how can we figure it out ? How can we map it? The hyperterritory group worked with the DIACT, french national committee for planning territory, under the direction of Pierre Musso.

As an introduction we decided to break some common misconceptions or preconceived ideas about internet and ICT. As instance about mobility, education, participation, green impact...

Purely "technological" solutions are not enought to face human and social issues.
In 2008, 20% of the french population is showing a lack of education, especially an inability to read or write well.

We built-up 5 hypothetical scenarios according to different uses of ICT and geopolitical contexts. In addition to my contribution in creating these scenarios, I made schematic maps and other graphic illustrations about each one.
